User-Centric Design

User-Centric Design (UCD) is a design process that puts the user at the center of the planning. At each stage of the process, the user is given attention to see any limitations that may have been introduced or to look for ways to make the user more efficient.

The goal is to let the user continue to work as they have become accustomed to working and to not force the user to make any changes to their habits.

Suite Solutions will guide you through some of the following questions:

  • What is the user's goal?

  • Who is the user of the content?

  • What level of experience do we expect the user to have?

  • How does the user think the content should work?

Based on the desired output, document or web site, Suite Solutions will recommend improvements from the findings.
