Joe Gelb

President

Joe is the founder of Suite Solutions and has been the President of the company since its inception. Joe has broad experience in topic-oriented content development, information architecture, and application of tools for successfully optimizing creation,
management, localization, and delivery of technical information. Joe has developed innovative strategies for information modeling designed specifically for technical documentation and training.

After serving as CTO of Live Linx, overseeing technology design, development and content management implementation for over 10 years, Joe established Suite Solutions. The firm is based on Joe’s belief that every organization deserves responsive and professional service, independent of software vendors. His customer oriented approach results in pragmatic process and technology solutions that meet requirements, are based on accepted standards and best practices, and make good business sense.

Raziel Frenkel

VP, Professional Services

Raziel manages the consultants on staff and drives consistency in each of Suite Solutions’ customer engagements. Raziel most recently served as VP of Documentation Services at IFN-Live Linx, where he managed Israel's leading team of documentation professionals, including technical authors, graphic artists, and automated publishing specialists.  During the time Mr. Frenkel led the team, he spearheaded the implementation of multiple reuse workflows, including single source publishing, conditional content, and structured authoring.

Shmarya Richler

VP, Development

Shmarya manages all the development of Suite Solutions’ offerings as well as custom work for customers. Shmarya most recently served as General Manager and Vice President of Programme Management at XConnect Global Networks Israel, a subsidiary of XConnect Global Networks. Xconnect is a leader and in VoIP peering and the Israel office was responsible for all research and development and ongoing operations, employing a staff of 25 professionals. In addition to being responsible for the Israel office, Shmarya was part of the executive team at the head office helping set corporate strategy. 

Bob Wass

Director of Sales and Business Development

Bob is responsible for all global sales activities from developing new customers and expanding our footprint with existing customers to managing and expanding our extensive network of business partners. Bob brings over 20 years of consistently successful sales experience in the document management, content management and enterprise automated publishing industries. His last ten years have been spent in the XML world, with tenures at both Arbortext (now PTC) and XyEnterprise (now SDL).
